This house was built in two stages, the first in 1964 and the second part in 1987. The infrastructure inside this house (electrical, ventilation, plumbing and the sewage system) is from 1987.

Currently we are using one side of the building as our permanent private residence and additionally we are renting three apartments over the summer period to tourists. Without further renovation there are two rooms with ensuite bathroom ready for renting, which can be used as double rooms.
This house has two more two-bedroom apartments, which we have not renovated. They would need a make over consisting of a paint job, new flooring and furniture.
The side we are currently living in can easily be split in two separate apartments, the one on the first floor as a one- bedroom apartment and the ground floor one as an open- space style 57,5 m2 apartment.
We have not looked into the potential of renting the apartments all year round, however the half of the building we are using and the two double bed- rooms are set up for renting 365 days a year.
Half the house and the two double rooms have oil central heating (Viessmann system) that was installed 2009. The other apartments are fitted with electric heating. All apartments have their own electric meter.
The house was connected to the government sewerage system in 2011.
