To sales our nice single-family dwelling in Brusy, Pomerania, Poland
For professional reasons we move to Canada and must sell therefore our nice house in Poland.
The house has been built in 2010. First relation in November, 2010.
Living space: approx. 230 m ², rooms: 9
Property 4243 m ² incl. big pond with many fish (pike, carp, etc. ) .pond has electric power connections for e. g. pumps, lights
Property fenced around and with Thuja (life tree) plants. Merely the entrance gate is still absent (however, electric cable and control cable is already moved). Otherwise the complete property with trees and shrubs is very nice and planted cultivated.
Window and doors very good quality, several times glazed, from plastic. Roof is a ceramic roof with 50-year guarantee. Double-walled built (24 cm->; 10 cm Styropor->; 12 cm), very good insulating effect.
Internet 6 MBit / see and satellite television available. By satellite all important German programmes (Pro7, Sat1, RTL, N24, VOX. . . ) are receiveable. Almost in every room a Sat-connection and network connection exists. several WLAN Hotspots in the house.
The house has a central vacuum cleaner, one heat solar hot water on the roof (in summer), chimney with water coat 17 kW (reaches in autumn around the whole house to heat and a wood-Pelletheader (heating costs in the year approx. 700€ (3000zloty). Almost everywhere under-floor heating (but not cellar and garage). Garage in the house in it (heats).
The rainwater is led to the pond (pipe arrangement). The garden is lighted up with LED lights. The house is connected to the town water supply and canalization.
Other costs (very low maintenance costs):

Very quiet situation. Very nice neighbours. It disturbs nobody if one has a barbecue or hears according to music, because the distance is bigger to the neighbour.
The city of Brusy is 2. 5 km away. There are several shopping possibilities, restaurants, schools etc. we are near several nature reserves (with many lakes) which are connected with cycle tracks.
Chojnice (Konitz / tourist town) is 25 km away and to Gdansk these are only 100 km. To Berlin these are approx. 380 km.
We sell the house furnished. But of course we can remove if requested the pieces of furniture.

Room cellar (under the whole house is builted a cellar, therefore the rooms are very big):
- Boiler-room: Here is of the woodenpelletofen, the central vacuum cleaners and the control for the solar-warm waters arrangement. Enough place available for approx. 1 1/2 years of Pellets.

I hope this I made no mistakes in the description , therefore, everything without guarantee and an inspection is recommended. But the house is in a very good state. The house is isolated on the newest state and top. In winter the warmth remains inside and in summer the house does not heat up.
Many in this region speak German or English, therefore a notification is no problem.
So result: New very cultivated house, low life costs, Ideally to enjoy of the old age, but also for families very well suitably. I have built the house for myself and my family, therefore, have searched always everything of the best. Because we must soon move, the house is sold for a lower value.
