I sell a detached house which is lovated in Vari Attikis.
It is not totally built but it needs only about 100.000 Euro to get finished.
It is near the sea.
It consists of 3 flats , it has big rooms , 3 bathrooms , 1 WC , 5 bedrooms , 2 kitchens. 
The yard is 650 m2 and the house 200 m2.
My family has already spent 750.000 Euro for its current condition.
The amount we ask to sell it is 750.000 Euro , which is at least the money we spent to buy the land and build the house.
