The villa is located in the center of St. Josep and offers an outdoor pool with sun loungers and a terrace. You benefit from a spacious balcony with outdoor fitness area and enjoy a view over St. Josep. The master bedroom and one of the two other double bedrooms on this floor have direct access to this balcony. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV, a living room with a flat-screen TV and adjacent open-plan dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities on the outside patio, which is directly adjacent to the living area. All four bathrooms are equipped with showers. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub.
One of the bedrooms, including the bathroom, is located in a separate apartment with its own kitchen and private outdoor area.

The villa is located in the center of the most popular beaches, the island such as Cala Conta Cala Jondal, Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa. These are within 5-10 km of Villa Magnolia. Clubs and convenience stores can be found in the island's capital, Ibiza Town, a 15-minute drive away, while Sant Antoni de Portmany is 10 minutes away. Platja d'en Bossa is 15 km away. The nearest airport is Ibiza Airport, 10 km from Villa Magnolia.
You can engage in various activities, such as horse riding, windsurfing, diving and cycling as well as snorkelling.
