Valimitika is a small, quite and beautiful village by the sea, with 2 tavernas, one located by the sea side, 500 meters from the house, serving fresh fish, meat, pasta, salads, ice-cream, coffee, ouzo with appetizers, cold beers, even as you lay under the sun, or under the trees, 
and the other next to the old railway station serving the best souvlaki and greek salads with freshly cut french fries ever! There is also a café-cocktail-bar in the village, a small mini market with all groceries available, even fresh bread, one soccer and one basket ball fields and many small beaches on walking distance around the village besides the beach of the village!
There are unlimited places to visit by car from Valimitika, as Ancient Olympia, Korinthos, Nemea, Kalavryta, Athens, Ioannina, Meteora and endless number of even more beaches on and off Peloponessos.
